Every Stratco Outback structure is designed as a complete system. The same roof profiles used on patios are available as carports, so the build can be matched to the look of your home rather than dropped on top of it. You can attach to the house or stand it freely, choose any number of bays, and combine roof styles in a single project.
Outback Flat
The clean, low-profile option. Smooth lines that sit neatly against the house and suit modern homes. Beams span up to 8.4 metres, available freestanding or attached.
Outback Gable
A pitched profile that gives extra clearance for 4WDs, caravans and larger vehicles. The added height also makes for easier access and better airflow.
Outback Curved
A softer, contemporary canopy that adds visual interest. Sheds water efficiently and works well at the front of the home where curb appeal matters.

Attached or Freestanding?
Both work, but they suit different blocks. Attached carports tie into the existing house line and tend to look more built-in. Freestanding gives you more flexibility on placement, wider access points and easier reverse-in setups. We'll talk through both options on the consultation.

- Caravan Cover: Higher clearance designed for caravans and motorhomes. Custom-sized to fit your specific rig, with room to swing the door and walk around.
- Boat or Trailer Shelter: Protection for boats, jet skis, trailers and tinnies. Saves the seat covers from sun damage and the trailer from rust.

Absolutely. Stratco carports are fully customisable in size and height to fit caravans, boats, trailers, 4WDs or multiple vehicles. We measure the rig at your consultation and design the structure to suit, with enough clearance to open doors and walk around comfortably.
Do I need council approval for a carport?
It depends on the size, placement and design. Some carports meet exempt development criteria under NSW state planning rules, while others require a formal application. We handle the approval process for you as part of our service.
How long does installation take?
It varies depending on the size and complexity. Smaller projects can be completed in a few days. Larger or more custom builds take a few weeks. We’ll give you a clear, realistic timeline with your fixed quote and keep you updated throughout.
Will a carport add value to my home?

What maintenance does a carport need?
